I had a great time doing teh workshop. The chef was super kind and he answered all my questions. I loved hearing about the different stories on the creation of chantilly cream and be able to se that old cook book that you have, it's amazing

Une superbe expérience
Une très belle expérience avec le chef qui nous a fait découvrir la véritable histoire de la crème Chantilly et enseigné les secrets de "fabrications" pour une crème bien ferme. Cerise sur le gâteau nous repartons chacun avec notre bocal de Chantilly, un vrai délice.
