Wine tour, tasting and Alsatian meal - 100% immersive experience

I offered the tour as a gift to a relative celebrating her 77th birthday. We (a group of four persons from different generations, including a 7-year old) really enjoyed being united in this unique festive experience. We felt like we had a "fully immersive" voyage into the spirit of the Alsatian wine-making, and that we ourselves became part of the welcoming Zeyssolff family for the time being. Our bodies, minds, and hearts were all invited to a feast. Delicious wine and food (we took the "lunch" offer) in a tastefully decorated setting was complemented by creative video presentations , informative explanations by a passionate and insightful guide (we were welcomed by a cousin of the owner's family), and a tour of the historic wine cellar. The family members and their helpers, who were welcoming us at different stages of the tour, were so hospitable and attentive to our requests, that we felt caressed by the flow of some warm magic... Highly recommended for people of all ages. The birthday gift was a success :))

Nous avons passé une excellente visite de cave et dégustation. Nous avons été un petit peu déçu par le repas qui se devait être selon l’intitulé 100% alsacien. Hormis ce détail, les plats étaient bons et raffinés. Je recommande cette expérience. Et je reviendrais avec plaisir.
