Excellent explanation on how to make the macaroon shells. Hands-on experience on how to make the ganache filling. Highly recommend this 1.5 hour class.
Fun intro to a classic French confection
This was a fun activity with my 13-year-old granddaughter. Our instructor was lovely, and we all got a chance to try our hand at piping the macaron dough onto a cookie sheet, then filling baked macaron halves with chocolate or pistachio ganache. The instructor shared the recipes, and we are confident we will be able to create something delicious at home this Christmas!
