Excellent tour and tasting
A great tour of the vineyard with lots of information about growing the vines. Then a great tasting of some excellent champagnes. Could not be faulted. Recommended without reservation.
Best wine tour we've ever been on
This was wonderful, start to finish. Before we gotten into tasting wines, Valerie drove us to one of their plots, which had been picked about 3 weeks earlier. We learned about how it all comes together, from grafting to pruning, and the overall care of the vines. After a short tour of their farm site we tasted a variety of Champagnes they produced and talked about the various techniques and grape combinations that make each unique. They produce about ~15,000 bottles per year. Valeries suggested that we also visit a large-scale operation to see the differences, which we did later (Moët), and it was interesting to see the similarities and differences. Thanks so much.
